The Trustee team is looking for a support specialist. We will be glad to see a sincere and responsible person who is eager to help users.

responsibilities

• Answer users’ questions about the operation of the application, cryptocurrencies, etc.
• Provide users with reference materials
• Help users go through the necessary flow to get the result
• Collect recommendations for improving the application and form technical specifications for developers

requirements

• Experience with cryptocurrencies, blockchain observers, crypto wallets and exchanges
• Understanding how the functioning of coins, tokens, commissions and where in this blockchain works
• Logical mindset
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to find the necessary information
• Ability to bring the work started to the end
• Competent Russian speech and spelling
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Sociability, patience, emotional balance

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the IT sphere, cryptoindustry
• Experience in GitHub / Gitlab
• Technical education
