As PMM you will:

  • Working with CEO to define Marketing strategy and budget
  • Way to day management of our presence online - Twitter, Discord accounts, etc
  • Overview of the website - setting plans for optimizing and improving it to become more and more effective at converting customers
  • Helping to define the key messaging, voice of the brand, reviewing all the text and writing marketing copy and working with PR agencies
  • Reviewing marketing assets, creatives, working with agencies and contractors
  • Monitoring Twitter, press, etc. for relevant news and mentions and providing reports back to the team
  • Actively looking for collaborations and managing co-marketing efforts with NFT communities
  • Bring on best practices and enable all team members to become vocal prominent brand ambassadors of Optic's product range and Company Life & Culture


Who are we looking for:

We are looking for a rock star Product Marketing Manager to join us at the early stage to help set our holistic marketing strategy, define the roadmap and drive the execution. Considering a generalist role across marketing, communications and most importantly - social engagement. We are a startup. We’ll need one person who can cover a range from strategic to super tactical.

Role requirements

Curiosity, hunger for a new knowledge, “let’s do it” attitude, readiness to get hands dirty and ambition of having a stake in creating a new era, and:

  • strong track record in a Brand/Product Marketing role, 2+ years of experience in building and launching b2b and b2b2c products
  • appetite for creating things anew on your own, hunger for learning by doing, passion for tech environments
  • hands-on experience in leading through all stages of the product cycle from vision to launch
  • enthusiasm and excitement around Web3 and NFT space and Creator economy
  • familiarity with Web3 market landscape: L1 chains, protocols, NFT marketplaces
  • 🔍 understanding of the target audience's personality profiles and ability to think differently to build strong rapport and engagement, as well as skyrocketing NPS scores
  • understanding the basics of blockchain technology e.g. minting, smart contracts, cryptocurrency, Etherium, Solana and the basics of ML
  • personal connection to our mission
