responsibilities

• developing the product design strategy in CoinsPaid
• leading talented, experienced product designers, setting them up for success through coaching, performance review, and personal development plans
• organizing Product Design Team working process from user research insights to smooth customer experience
• being responsible for scaling the team and enabling a comfortable organizational structure
• bringing the CX/UX research practices increasing the quality of releasing features
• collaborating closely with Product Managers and Team Leads to find new opportunities for improving the process and shipping
• acting as the voice of the user through best practices, attention to detail, unconventional thinking
• working as a practitioner under product flows, design systems, guidelines, specs, and principles that open to discussion and critique of own decisions
• sharing knowledge within the company and community through presentations meets and workshops

requirements

• minimum of six years of experience in designing digital products and have shipped large-scale platforms that you proud of
• experience leading design teams with caring about professional growth and the feelings of your teammates
• conduct user research and use analytics to create a data-driven design
• have stunning UX cases and beautiful UI mockups in your portfolio
• understanding of the entire development process and technical limitations for Web and Mobile
• use Figma for 146% with variable components, auto-layouts, prototypes, smart animations, helpful plugins, and shortcuts
• generate ideas on each part of the design process and understand how to test them
• fantastic communication skills to develop the company culture, converse with stakeholders and designers with the rationale behind proposals
• passion for your work, an initiative in improvements in every important detail, and a desire to make an impact on significant complex issues
• love to design, own vision about things, and have a broad cultural knowledge
